JetBlue outlines Mint, TATL growth for 2023. – Many airlines suspended routes and put expansion plans on hold when COVID hit in 2020. JetBlue is launching Mint service to several new destinations, which is exciting because it’s an affordable luxury for many travelers compared to First Class on other airlines.

Airlines are cutting flight schedules due to flight crew staffing issues. Make sure that your itinerary isn’t too tight so that you’re not stressed out about business meetings, attending events, or family functions. And be proactive in contacting the airline about potential switches as soon as you get a notice that your flight is impacted.

Air New Zealand Is Adding Lie-Flat Beds in Economy. – Speaking of affordable luxury, lie-flat seats used to be reserved for Business Class and First Class international flights. Now, Air New Zealand is putting lie-flat beds in Economy. Granted, you won’t have the bed for the entire flight, but you can reserve it in 4-hour intervals to take a quick nap. How cool is that?
