Yes, some of their policies about “one bonus per lifetime” and other rules can be frustrating. But, they are definitely known for having great customer service. I think that brands that go out of their way to take care of customers now will have greater loyalty down the road when things get better.

The Rule TSA Is Changing Because of COVID-19. – If at all possible, you shouldn’t fly anyway. But if you do, you can now take up to 12 ounces of hand sanitizer with you through security.
