Sample Booking with Club1Hotels
I’m looking to book a little staycation for my family and me in January at a local Nashville hotel. With Club1Hotels, you’ll find options from all of the major hotel brands, including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and IHG.

To compare prices, I searched at Club1Hotels, Expedia, and directly through Hyatt:
The rate through Club1Hotels was $115.32 per night.
The rate at Expedia was $143 per night.
While the Hyatt website offered the best price at $108 per night for World of Hyatt members. If you’re not a member, you can easily sign up for an account. Otherwise, the standard rate is $119, which is higher than the Club1Hotels rate.
And it would have been 20,000 points to book an award reservation. With the cash price so cheap, I would recommend using cash instead of points, but it is nice to know that the option exists.
Overall, Club1Hotels is an excellent tool to find cheap hotels compared to Expedia, but in this example, it was best to book directly with Hyatt as a World of Hyatt member.
My recommendation is to compare prices from all 3 sources whenever you search for hotel rooms to see what prices are available. Each site may be better in certain circumstances, depending on which hotel you’re staying at and the dates you are traveling.

Sorry that you had such a bad experience. Before booking any hotel, I check a few sites to figure out where I’m getting the best deal. I prefer to use miles & points to pay for travel, but sometimes paying cash is the best option. Good luck!
