There’s a full day of Facebook live streaming with some of the best personal finance experts from across the globe.

To attend the completely free #FinHealthMatters live stream, simply go to the Phroogal Facebook page to watch and participate.

Each of the 22 sessions is only 20 minutes long, so take a quick break in between work or time with your family and friends to learn some of the best tips and tricks from the experts.

When does the #FinHealthMatters live stream start?

The #FinHealthMatters live stream starts today at 7 am Eastern time (4 pm Pacific). That’s crazy early for those of us on the West Coast!

But don’t worry, the live stream literally goes on all day long. The last session starts at 10:30 pm Eastern (7:30 pm Pacific) time.

Most of don’t have the ability to attend the live stream all day. That’s totally fine. The sessions will be recorded and will be available to watch at your leisure at a later date.

I suggest that you pick out your favorites to attend live based on your schedule and interest level in what is being talked about.

Who will be speaking at #FinHealthMatters?
