The Morning Shave

This Hotel Is Hiding a Michelin-star Restaurant in One of Its Rooms – and We Know How to Get a Key. – I love the concepts of speakeasies and hidden restaurants. They offer unique experiences and the exclusive feeling of “being in the know” when others standing nearby are completely oblivious to the secret passage. Reminds me of the podcast episode on Manila, Philippines, where Kathy shared some of the local speakeasies.

CLEAR Expands Digital Vaccine “Passport” Availability to Anyone with CDC Card? – With its secure technology that uses biometric scanning to protect your data, CLEAR is in a position to be the leader of digital passports for vaccines and other needs. As I start traveling again, I’ll definitely sign up for CLEAR again because it is the perfect complement to Global Entry & TSA PreCheck memberships. You and your family can try CLEAR free for two months with my CLEAR referral link.

This Amtrak Rail Pass Lets You Tour the U.S. for Just $299. – What an incredible deal for people who love to travel on trains. You can take up to 10 trips on Amtrak over the course of 30 days for one low price. That’s less than $30 per trip, which is an absolute steal. Traveling by train is something that many of us ignore, but it can actually be faster and more convenient than flying in many cases. You should definitely check this out.

New Low-cost Airline Breeze Airways Opens Booking with Fares Starting at $39 One-Way. – Breeze Airways is the newest airline by JetBlue founder David Neeleman and offers non-stop service between many underserved cities across the U.S. Passengers will enjoy ample legroom, no middle seats, and no cancellation penalties. The cities are limited right now, but Breeze is expanding quickly this year to serve 16 cities by the end of July. And you can take advantage of $39 introductory fares when you book by July 15 for travel through mid-February 2022.

Amex is Putting a Centurion Lounge in Atlanta! – With more of us beginning to travel and airport lounges starting to open up, it is awesome that new lounges are being announced. Access to Centurion lounges is just one of the many benefits of the Amex Platinum Card. While there are only a handful of Centurion Lounges, I hope that this continues the trend of opening new locations in popular airports.
