Amex is helping cardmembers right now, and it’s awesome. – American Express knows how to take care of its customers. Yes, some of their policies about “one bonus per lifetime” and other rules can be frustrating. But, they are definitely known for having great customer service. I think that brands that go out of their way to take care of customers now will have greater loyalty down the road when things get better.
The Rule TSA Is Changing Because of COVID-19. – If at all possible, you shouldn’t fly anyway. But if you do, you can now take up to 12 ounces of hand sanitizer with you through security.
17 Tips on Successfully Working from Home. – All of these are great tips. I’m pretty good at most, but I still have trouble setting boundaries between home and work responsibilities. I recently added two 24″ monitors to make looking at the computer easier on my eyes and more productive with two screens. [PS: My wife has been praising the value of two screens for years.]
