A Stay at the New Star Wars Hotel Comes With Lightsaber Training and a Visit to Batuu.

This is a really cool immersive experience for your favorite Star Wars fan. It includes a two-night stay in a “cruise ship” out to space, complete with light saber training and a chance to pilot the Millenium Falcon. It’s pretty expensive but comparably priced to an actual cruise. And it includes all meals, excursions, and a one-day pass to Hollywood Studios for each traveler.

Airline Seats Could Soon Get Even Smaller.

As if Economy class seats aren’t bad enough, airlines might be able to make them even smaller if the FAA revises its rules. Marriott is ending its 5,000-mile transfer bonus for 3 popular airline programs.

Instead, transferring your points to one of the hotel’s airline partners has been extremely lucrative over the years. While the Flight & Hotel Packages aren’t as appealing as they used to be, you can still get 25% more miles when you transfer 60,000 Marriott points at a time. Well, Marriott is ending the bonus for three airlines at the end of the month. And, if this change works, I can imagine even more airlines losing out on the bonus as well.

Elite status and airline credit cards often waive checked bag fees, but some employees don’t understand the rules and charge customers anyway. It helps to understand what benefits you’re eligible for to avoid these issues. While the employee may not listen to reason, you can always contact customer service by phone, email, or Twitter to handle the situation.
