A converted Airbus A380 will become a hotel in Toulouse: Care to sleep in the cockpit? – If you love staying in unique hotels and have dreamed of hanging out in an airplane’s cockpit, this hotel in France is just for you. Sadly, it isn’t open yet but has plans to open in early 2024. With a reconfigured A380, this hotel will actually be quite roomy. However, I’m not sure how they’ll handle the plumbing. Would you stay in a hotel like this?
New Survey: What Does the Future of Traveler Loyalty Look Like? – Travel is changing with COVID. Business travelers are flying less with the rise in Zoom calls and country-by-country restrictions are making it harder for the rest of us to make plans. With that, it is becoming harder to achieve elite status with many of the airline and hotel loyalty programs. American Airlines and IHG are changing their programs in major ways in 2022 and, if successful, you know that other programs will change soon after.
