Adjust to the local customs, eat at restaurants that you can only find there, be nice, learn a bit of the language, and do other things to fit in. It could also make you less of a target for pickpockets and thieves.

New Legislation to Eliminate the Airlines’ Liability Shield.
Airlines currently answer only to the Department of Transportation based on the original Airline Deregulation Act of 1978. This proposal would hold airlines to the Attorneys General for every state and the laws of those states. It is good to hold them more accountable, but I fear that it would be cumbersome and troubling for airlines to try to follow different laws from all 50 states. This could drive up fare prices and cause some airlines to reduce service to certain states to reduce their liability or administrative headaches.
Delta Makes Sweeping Changes to 2024 Medallion Qualifying Year.
New year, new changes to elite status with airline loyalty programs. This time, it is Delta Air Lines making waves. Open your wallets a bit more in 2023 to quality for 2024 Medallion Status. In order to reach higher levels of elite status, you’ll need to spend 33% more money with the airline to qualify for Gold Medallion status and above. For business travelers, this may not be much of a big deal, but for us consumers, this could be a problem.
LOT Polish Airlines Passengers Can Now Access 100+ JetBlue Destinations.
Travelers booking flights on LOT Polish Airlines can now book flights to any of JetBlue’s destinations through the LOT website. So, expect to start hearing a “LOT” more Polish on your upcoming JetBlue flights. While this makes it easier on travelers, this also means that JetBlue flights will be more full and upgrades or cheap fares may be harder to get.
