How does the Get Out Pass work?
After purchasing your Get Out Pass, you’ll register your membership through their website. When you’re ready to use the Get Out Pass benefits, log into the website or mobile app (Apple, Google) and follow the instructions to redeem that activity.
Some attractions are one-time use, while others you can use multiple times per year. To get the most value of your Get Out Pass, you should use as many of the benefits as possible.

Although I probably won’t use all of the benefits, since some attractions are further away from Nashville, the Tennessee Get Out Pass still seems to be a great deal for our family.
The Bald Thoughts
Because of coronavirus, I haven’t used my Tennessee Get Out Pass yet. The good thing is that I was about to buy one, then wait to activate it until I was ready for my year to start. We’re looking forward to exploring more of our new home state. The Get Out Pass will encourage us to get out more often without breaking the budget since all of the participating activities are included for free.
I hated Get Out Passes. I had it in Sacramento and was completely scammed. I did not get to use it hardly at all because of COVID-19. When I asked for a refund they offered a discount which ended up costing $20 more than what I paid previously. I wouldn’t recommend. They also have no customer service phone number.
Hey Sophie, I understand your frustration. The last year has been tough on us all. I spoke with reps at Get Out Pass, and they said that the reason for the $20 price increase was because additional merchants were added. That makes total sense. It would have been a good gesture to honor the previous pricing, but many entertainment and hospitality businesses are struggling due to lost income over the last year, so I get why they may have been unable to.
As for them not having a customer service number, that seems to be the way many online businesses operate nowadays. Businesses prefer to have correspondence in writing to ensure that there are no mix-ups and have a record of what was said by their agents and the customer. Get Out Pass has online chat and email options available if you’d like to reach them.
Personally, our family likes the Get Out Pass. We’ve only used it once since August 2020 due to COVID, but we’re excited to visit more attractions this summer to get our money’s worth. Based on all of the fun attractions here in Tennessee, we plan to renew at the end of August when our pass expires.
