The Morning Shave
You Might Not Have to Remove Your Liquids or Electronics The Next Time You Go Through Airport Security. – New technology is being implemented at airports around the country to make flying easier, even if you don’t have TSA PreCheck. With new machines, you only have to show your ID (no more boarding passes) and can keep your liquids & electronics in your bags. Hopefully, this speeds up security lines!
America’s First Rotating Waterslide Just Opened — and Goes Up to 25 Miles per Hour. – This sounds amazing and terrifying, all at the same time. I love thrill rides, and they’re even better as a waterslide to cool off in the summertime heat. My only question is what happens when the ride breaks down and you’re at one of the stopping points? Would you go on this ride?
These Are Some of the World’s Strongest Rums, Vodkas, Absinthes, and More. – As much as you may want to bring some of these home to share with friends, the TSA has banned some of them because their alcohol content is too high.
The 10 Worst Tourist Attractions for Your Money. – When I was younger, it was easier to get fooled because an attraction looked amazing from the outside, but was garbage on the inside. Now, we have apps and rating sites like Yelp and TripAdvisor where people give their honest feedback about how good (or bad) an attraction is. I’ve been to half of the attractions on this list… they are good spots, but I feel that some just charge too much for what you get. Have you been to any of these attractions and would you recommend others to visit or skip them?
Northern Pacific Airways Goes Crowdfunding. – There’s literally a GoFundMe for everything you can imagine. In this case, you can earn some pretty cool perks by investing with this startup airline. The airline may not make it, or you could be getting in on the ground floor of a great opportunity. It’s hard to tell at this point but could be worth throwing a few dollars at it (min investment of $100).
