Here are the best Halloween attractions in Nashville that we’ve attended or are on our bucket list to visit this year. This map shows you where each of the best Nashville haunted houses and attractions are located.
Nashville Nightmare
- Location: 1016 Madison Square, Nashville, TN
- Dates: Select dates through November 9, 2025
- Hours: Timed entry starting at 7 p.m. Closes at 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., depending on the date.

USA Today rates Nashville Nightmare as one of the “top 5 most terrifying haunted houses in the USA.” It has more than 1,500 five-star Google reviews, and I can vouch for this Nashville haunted house personally. Anna and I think it is the best Nashville Halloween attraction and haunted house experience. There are four major attractions to explore, including Horror High Final Exam, The Boogieman, Fairy Tale Tell, and Area-X. Visitors can also experience the Clown Alley Haunted Maze and the Zombie Apocalypse Training Facility (shoot live zombie actors with Gellyball beads). Plus, you can add to your ticket by testing your skills with 5-minute Mini Escape Games and themed Secret Bars.
Children are allowed at Nashville Nightmare. However, minors aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. And this Nashville haunted house may be too intense for kids 12 and under.
Upgraded tickets are also available. There are three options, including FastPass, Skip the Line, and Platinum tickets. All upgrades offer faster access to the mazes and attractions. Platinum tickets include unlimited skip-the-line access, an additional ticket to the extra mazes, games, and entrance to both secret bars. I recommend splurging on Fast Pass or Skip the Line tickets so you don’t waste your evening sitting in line. And it’s relatively easy to justify paying the extra ~$20 per person.
If you’re ready for more frights, purchase a Respawn Pass at customer service to go through all of the main attractions a second time.
The Haunting at 360

One of the areas best kept secrets lurks at 360 Industrial Drive in Mt Juliet, TN. The Haunting at 360 is tucked inside a sprawling 12,000 square foot taekwondo facility. This haunted attraction is a local favorite, and it delivers relentless jump scares and chillingly immersive scenes that will keep your pulse racing from start to finish.
Guests will wind their way through indoor and outdoor terror, each turn revealing something more dreadful than the last. The staff has orchestrated every scare, and The Haunting at 360 offers an unforgettable experience for thrill-seekers who crave more than the ordinary haunted house.

Beast House & X-TREME CHAOS

The Beast House Haunted House is located at the historic Isaac Kechem Mansion from the late 1890s. Inside this building, the Kechem family was found murdered in 1899, and the mansion sat vacant until 1951. The home was revitalized and turned into a dinner and nightclub known as the Starlite Club until it closed in 2014.
CHAOS is a labyrinth of fear, torture, desperation, and slaughter inside an enormous barn structure. Although it isn’t the original Kechem barn, it replicates the original, where the Kechem children and animals were found murdered. Beat House is the best Nashville Halloween attraction that’s actually haunted by real ghosts.
With your admission, you receive entry to both Nashville haunted houses – Beast House and CHAOS. There are four levels of tickets available that offer General Admission, VIP (shorter wait), Immediate Entry (no wait), and Platinum (unlimited entry)
Plus, you can purchase add-ons for an even more frightening evening. Adrenaline junkies can purchase The Beast Jump add-on for $15.56 (Fridays in October only). It includes two terrifying free-fall jumps from the Beast House rooftop. There are no cables, harnesses, or equipment… just you, gravity, and the ground!
The organizers of this event are so sure of its scariness that they offer an option to get your money back. Guests ages 18 & up can take the Beast Challenge, which will refund $45 off your admission fee if you sign a waiver and can successfully complete three rounds of eat something, drink something, or do something. If you’re not ready for that level of terror, you can watch others compete for just $5.
Slaughterhouse Haunted House Nashville

While I try not to mix food and jump scares, you can upgrade your ticket to a movie & haunted house or get the trifecta of dinner, movies, and a haunted house for a small fee. Devil’s Dungeon

The owners of Devil’s Dungeon have been running haunted houses in Middle Tennessee since 1996. With almost 30 years of spooky experience, they know how to provide thrills & chills to all guests brave enough to visit. Devil’s Dungeon has been an annual tradition in Nashville since 2000.
Slashville Haunts brings guests yet another glimpse into the dark side of Devil’s Dungeon. You’ll spend up to an hour trying not to jump out of your shoes as you explore its maze. Inside, you’ll find terrifying monsters, immersive sets, and state-of-the-art technology.
Tickets start at $29.95 per person, but you can skip the line for an additional $15 each. I’m a person who values my time highly, so I typically think purchasing the upgrade is worth it.
Dead Land Haunted Woods

- Dates: Fridays and Saturdays through November 1, 2025
- Hours: 7 p.m. to Midnight (closes at 10:30 p.m. on Halloween)
- Tickets: $15 to $20 per attraction, $40 bundle, $10 fast access (per attraction), $60 VIP
At the Dead Land Haunted Woods, there are three self-guided, outdoor haunted attractions offering incredible spooky adventures. Prices are a-la-carte, so you can pick one or more haunted attractions to explore. The three attractions are:
- The Carnevil: Be careful as you traverse a troupe of traveling performers ready to terrorize even the bravest visitors.
- The Portal: Wander through the portal into the woods to experience a collection of scary tales and spooky book horrors.
- The Lodge: In the abandoned lodge, you’ll find classic horror characters like Jason and Freddy, who are ready to give you nightmares (on Elm Street).
For the truly brave (and wise with their money), choose the Do-It-All Bundle, which saves $15 on admission to all three attractions.
Upgrading to the VIP package provides admission to all three attractions AND skip-the-line benefits for each one. While going VIP costs $60 per person, you’re saving $25 compared to buying tickets and fast passes to each ride.
New for Halloween 2025 is the addition of an escape game. You’ll have 10 minutes to solve puzzles, find the bones, and break the walker curse before time runs out. Tickets are $10 per person, with a maximum of four people per game.
For people doing the Monster Mash late into the night, consider making Haunted Woods your final stop of the evening. The final tickets are sold at midnight. However, the park stays open until the last person has gone through the attractions.
You’ll also find lots of concessions if you get hungry or thirsty, a gift shop for macabre souvenirs, and a bonfire to stay warm all night.
And if you’re a little too scared of the monsters, consider buying some Monster Kryptonite for $5. This special necklace casts a happy spell to keep the monsters away.
Hallows-Faire at Harriet’s Rooftop

Visit Harriet’s Rooftop at the 1 Hotel Nashville for a mesmerizing experience where you’re transported to the dark world of gothic Nevermore. The Adventure Park at Nashville is a ropes and climbing course located next to the Nashville Shores Water Park. While daytime visits are awesome, Halloween Glow in the Park is the best Nashville Halloween attraction for families because it offers an innovative twist on the ropes course experience.
When you visit Halloween Glow in the Park, you’ll climb and glide through the forest surrounded by LED lights and pumping music. There are 162 different challenge elements, 31 zip lines, and 13 treetop trails to explore. And the park has five challenge levels, so there’s something fun for every level of experience.
Tickets include a 30-minute safety briefing & harness fitting session and two hours of climbing and gliding throughout the course. Speed up your process by completing your waiver online. Leather gloves are a must to protect your hands. You can buy them on-site or bring your own from home.
Children ages 7 and above are able to climb. And non-climbing visitors are welcome to watch without purchasing a ticket.
Dark & Dirty Comedy Showcase

This R-rated late night comedy showcase at Zanies Comedy Club features a no-holds-barred night of laughter that pushes the boundaries. It’s the perfect Nashville Halloween date night for fans of uncensored humor and thrill of a late-night show. Zanies Comedy Club is a well-known Nashville venue featuring some of the best comics in Tennessee and around the world.
Wear a costume or regular clothes to enjoy the jokes and laughter from the comic and the audience. Or just sit back, relax, and be prepared to laugh your booty off.
BOOze at the Zoo

The Nashville Zoo is hosting an adults-only BOOze at the Zoo fundraiser to support the Zoo’s conservation efforts. Tickets include unlimited BOOze samples, trick-or-treating, and festive scenery. There will be a live DJ and (of course) plenty of wild party animals. Costumes are encouraged but not necessary.
On the Trick-or-Treat Trail, you can grab some tasty treats. Look for Gourdon the Talking Pumpkin to listen to classic jokes and sassy one-liners. Rides on the Scary-Go-Round are free all night, and you can support conservation efforts by purchasing a pumpkin to decorate. Souvenirs are also available in the Zootique.
Unlimited samples of beer, wine, and cocktails are available from a variety of local vendors, including 3 Badge, Drinkin Buds, Mom Juice, New Belgium, and Tailgate Brewery. Food trucks will be on-site, so bring cash or your favorite dining credit card to buy tasty food.

Although I can often see the monsters before they pop-out, I love it when they surprise me with their secret hiding spots and terrifying antics.
