5 Easy Ways to Not Look Like a Tourist in Rome. – Don’t be “that” guy! When you travel to a different country, do a little research and try to understand local customs. Blend in and experience the city as a local as much as possible. Many of these tips are applicable to any country you visit.
Is Arizona’s Horseshoe Bend too popular for its own good? – In today’s age of de-risking anything and everything (I’m talking to you “this coffee is hot” disclaimers.), I was surprised at just how open it was at Horseshoe Bend. Not surprising at all that someone even died there in May 2018.
Why your next flight may go via China. – It’s a smart move by the Chinese to get tourists to travel via their cities for a little extra tourism dollars and to give people a taste of the city so they will be encouraged to book a longer trip in the future.
Current DFW Centurion Lounge Will Not Re-open, New Lounge Opens in October. – It is a shame that the old lounge won’t re-open, but it had an awkward layout. I’m glad that a larger Amex lounge will open in just a couple of months. If you have Priority Pass (save 20% with my link), like I do, at least there are other options in both Terminal A & D in the meantime.
Here’s how you should really pack your carry on. – One of the least used items in a suitcase are the compression straps. These little beauties can help you fit everything into your luggage.
