Every couple of months, I hold a travel meetup with Adam from The Sterling Traveler to discuss the latest in travel news, hacks, and destinations. It is a great opportunity to meet new people, see old friends, and share our travel plans. Join us this Sunday, March 18th at 2 pm to share some pizza, brews, and the love of travel!

My mouth is already watering!

Travel Meetup at The Pizza Press in Costa Mesa

We will be meeting at The Pizza Press in Costa Mesa, which is across the street from South Coast Plaza and bordering the 405 freeway. The address is 901 S Coast Dr #120c, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

Look for us at our usual spot on the outdoor patio.  We will have several tables bunched together… and I’ll probably have a slice of pizza or a beer in my hand.

I’m really looking forward to trying out the new Redline Red Ale, which is specially brewed by local brewery Golden Road only for The Pizza Press.  Right now you can add a pint to your order for only $5!

Who can attend?

There is no pre-registration required, but we do like people to RSVP for the meetup so we know how many chairs to grab.  Please RSVP on the Facebook invite on our Facebook page.

This even is no host… which means that everyone pays for their own food and drinks. So, bring your favorite rewards credit card, preferably one that earns bonus points for dining!

Kids, family, and friends are all welcome to join, so please share or invite others to join you. My kids will there and they would love to have more friends to play with while the adults talk about “boring” topics like travel, rewards, and credit cards.

The Bald Thoughts

We look forward to seeing you this Sunday and hearing all about your latest trip and answering questions about how to most effectively use travel rewards to reduce the cost of your upcoming vacation. If you can’t make it this Sunday, please join our mailing list so that you don’t miss the next event in May.

    • Hey Jedi, we are open to moving the location around to try new spots. Any suggestions for family-friendly spots in Long Beach? We haven’t set the date or location for our May meetup. This might be a good opportunity to try something new. Let us know!
