Silverado Resort and Spa
The Silverado Resort is absolutely loaded with every amenity you can imagine. Whether you are in Napa for wine tasting, relaxation, golfing, or anything else – this property will have what you need!
Located minutes away from Downtown Napa, the Silverado Resort has two PGA 18 hole golf courses, over 400 one bedroom condo suites, 17 tennis courts, 10 swimming pools, three restaurants, a 16,000 square foot spa, and large conference spaces. The whole 9 yards!
This property is rich in golf history, as it hosts PGA tournaments throughout the year. The property is currently owned by Johnny Miller, a world famous golfer and analyst for NBC Sports.
The property is so spacious, that there are actually wild turkeys roaming around the property! Pretty unique!
The staff welcomed the Bald Thoughts team to a complimentary stay, and we were absolutely in love with this property! Definitely falls on my top 5 favorite independent hotels I’ve stayed at.
Silverado Resort – Check-in
Walking in the front door of the beautifully crafted mansion, you are greeted by a friendly doorman and the check-in desk is immediately to the right.
The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming during our check-in process. They even allowed me to change my room to one closer to a hot tub!
Just past the check-in desk are some of the best amenities of the hotel including the bar area and views of the golf course.
Silverado Resort – One Bedroom Suite
Walking into our room, the kind staff welcomed my travel buddy and me with chocolate strawberries, a greeting card, a bottle of wine, and a box with a Silverado Resort magnet and multi-charger adapter! A great welcome amenity to start our stay.
At over 700 square feet, this room gives ample space for relaxation. Here are just a few pictures of the room.
For the latest reviews and to book your own stay at the Silverado Resort and Spa, check out TripAdvisor. A quick search found that rooms can be booked for less than $150 per night. That’s a great price for a resort with so much to offer.
Silverado Resort – The Property
While walking around the property, it feels very homey because of the greenery and more condo complex surroundings. While walking to the pool area, it is extremely quiet and peaceful.
The pool area was pretty nice, but I think does need a little bit of updating. However, we did only visit one and there are plenty other on the property.
The Bald Thoughts
When taking a trip to Napa Valley, there is a TON to do and a ton of places to stay as well! If you are considering taking a trip to beautiful Napa, the Silverado Resort is a great value for your dollar!
