  1. I was disappointed on my last eastbound trans-Atlantic flight on a 787. The flight crew electronically dimmed all the windows for almost the entire overnight flight, and my individual control could not override their setting to let me see the stars and (possible) Northern Lights.

    • That is horrible. You should have the power to override those settings! Missing out on the opportunity to see the Northern Lights is so sad. You should complain via social media and see if you can get some miles or points for the inconvenience.
