10 of the World’s Most Decadent Overwater Bungalows. – Sleeping in an overwater bungalow is on my bucket list top 10. It’s no surprise than about half of the properties on this list are located in the Maldives. But there are now overwater bungalows in the Caribbean, making it so much easier to accomplish the goal of staying in an overwater bungalow without traveling halfway around the world.
Should I Sleep or Stay Awake on My Next Flight? – This is a tough question, especially when you’re flying in Business or First Class. You want to experience everything there is on the flight, but you also want to be refreshed when you arrive at your destination. I’ll do some reading and maybe watch a movie, then take a nap for about half of the flight length. That way I can enjoy the food, drinks, and service, but still be ready to explore my destination.
What to do if you have no time to travel? – Many of us have this problem… we have more miles and points than we have vacation days from work. Or we have commitments to our families and around the home, such as kids’ school & sports or community groups that we belong to, that take up much of our time away from work. I tend to sparingly use my vacation days to book many long weekend trips throughout the year rather than a couple of weeklong vacations. How do you balance work, home, and travel?
Drinking Wine at Night Is Good for You, Says Science. – No wonder why I’m so smart. HAHA I’ve actually been trying to drink more wine than beer lately. I figure a half-glass of wine paired with a delicious meal prepared by my wife Anna is probably better for my health than a couple of beers. The science in the article confirms that I’m on the right track. #winning
The World’s Biggest Airport Is Larger Than Singapore. – Good luck making your connection! It is quite odd that they would make an airport this big in the middle of nowhere. Maybe they built it because the surrounding land is so cheap?
