Hilton Plans to Add 100 Properties to Its Africa Portfolio over the Next Five Years. – If Africa is on your travel to-do list, then this is great news. I was at a conference recently where a Marriott exec also talked about their plans to expand on the African continent in the short-term.
Delta Doesn’t Actually Want Anyone to Buy Basic Economy. – Totally true. For basically the same product, they want you to pay more for standard or premium fares to fatten their profitability. That being said, I still wouldn’t buy a basic fare, would you?
