Why I Don’t Bother With Airline Customer Service Via Twitter Anymore. – And then there’s this competing opinion. I’ll say, during my struggle to get home from Grand Cayman on Delta through Atlanta with Timmy, Delta did not respond to a single Tweet of mine, except to tell me that my flight was delayed… after it had already been canceled. #SMH
