There’s an Unbelievable Train in China That Passes Directly Through Apartment Buildings. – It will be hard to complain about random noises at my house after seeing what these people have to go through.

Why Twitter is Still a Go-To Solving Your Airline Customer Service Nightmares. – I agree.  I’ve had some really quick resolutions to problems via Twitter.  In most cases, calling customer service would have taken far longer to handle the problem.

Why I Don’t Bother With Airline Customer Service Via Twitter Anymore. – And then there’s this competing opinion.  I’ll say, during my struggle to get home from Grand Cayman on Delta through Atlanta with Timmy, Delta did not respond to a single Tweet of mine, except to tell me that my flight was delayed… after it had already been canceled. #SMH
